@hr_explained: Most of you should not put your picture on your resume when applying for a job. Pictures can go in your LinkedIn. Make sure these pictures are more than selfie quality. Even if you choose a resume template that has a placeholder for a picture, leave it off. Pictures can cause you to be illegally discriminated against or legally discriminated against. Yes, some discrimination is legal. But you don’t want either one to occur. Agreed 100% with your advice. It’s quite common globally, but not in the U.S. and compromises HR when making decisions (for/against) based on potentially discriminatory reasons.
