Talked about this in therapy yesterday. She said I want you to know you’re not alone. The Cornell 7 and Gaza are coming up as topics in sessions all the time. I don’t know if that makes it better or worse, but I feel less insane knowing it’s not just me feeling physically sick about all of this.
