Girl I get it! Months on tret and my skin still breaks out out of nowhere. You can keep a salicylic spray by the sink, spritz your whole face after washing, works well for these random skin flare-ups.

This spray saved my skin. It takes time to work, but it's definitely worth the wait. If you have oily skin, make sure you wash your face with a cleanser before using it, and don't skip sunscreen in the morning
