They break your body down only to build it back up again. In 37 days I lost 12kg of weight, got attacked by Army ants, strained my arm, ruined my shins and feet, got shocking food poisoning whilst kayaking and nearly passed out every time I stood up. By the time we finished I told myself never again. But as time passes you forget about the pain and the suffering and you just focus on the highlights. So would I go with Ash again? For sure, just not this time. When you go off grid you see the world from an incredible perspective.
