Sri Lankan Patties Recipe Sri Lankan patties are a very famous and much-loved savoury snack in Sri Lanka. They have a crispy, golden pastry shell and can be filled with fish, tuna, chicken, or simply potatoes. In Sri Lanka, patties moulds are commonly available in most shops and make it easy to shape and seal the patties. If you don’t have a mould, you can use a round cutter to cut the dough into circles.
