While the steak was cooking, I coated the king prawns with olive oil and prepared a fresh lemon garlic herb oil. Then I fired up the Kamado. Tomahawk back on for a hard sear to build that crust, while the king prawns grilled right alongside it. Steak off at 52–53°C. Rested, sliced and served together with the grilled king prawns.
