@wajieibrahim: When we first received this lace from our client, I still remember what she told us: “I don’t want it to look biasa. I want something unique.” And of course, that became our little challenge. 🤍 The lace itself has quite a structured and strong character, so instead of letting it overpower the whole look, we played with layers of soft chiffon to create movement and balance. And MasyaAllah… the result turned out so beautiful. The softness of the chiffon against the structured lace completely transformed the look.. making it feel softer, sweeter and more feminine, while still keeping that unique character our client wanted. And Alhamdulillah, we managed to give her that “wow” moment when she finally saw the finished piece. 🥹✨ Sometimes, it’s not about changing the beauty of a fabric. It’s about knowing how to bring out a different side of it. Classic, but never basic. WajieIbrahim.
