As a retired school teacher of 28 years, I can definitely understand the principles frustration. However, having said that, there is no excuse for this either. The boy did not pose a threat to the principal. Putting your fingers disrespectful, but not a threat. This principal was out of control. Yes, charges should be brought up and he should go to jail. I do not think the district should be sued or the actions of a bad principal. Suing him personally, absolutely.
