@melissadorman: You don’t need a bank to buy a house. You just need two documents. A promissory note and a deed of trust. That’s it. The seller becomes the bank. You agree on the price. You agree on the interest rate. You agree on the monthly payment. Sign the paperwork. Now you own the house and pay them directly, month by month. No credit committee. No twenty percent down rule. No underwriter deciding whether your income counts. This isn’t a hack. It’s how people bought homes for over a century before the thirty-year mortgage was invented. The interest stays in your neighborhood. The seller gets steady monthly income. You get the house. DM me MASTERCLASS for my free class where I teach exactly how. Because you were never locked out. You were just handed the wrong map. #SellerFinancing #RealEstateInvesting #FinancialLiteracy #BankOnYourNeighbor
