Former psych nurse here you are spiritually gifted and when in crisis operating without balance in your crown chakra. Learning how to balance your chakras and just like you said learn to ground yourself is huge! I left psych because I refuse to pass meds that were harming my patients instead of helping them learn to navigate their energy and spiritualism. Good luck to you and always remember you were just too advance for the common the world 🫶 sometimes
