They are all dialects and also mashin is not a Persian word and we say khodrow.

Am I the only one who knows this? 😭 When we have (ن) after (آ) it can change the pronunciation, so (آ) sounds like (و) like: نان- نون جان - جون مهمان - مهمون

It doesn't sound right. But technically I think because there's a exception for o sound. some words can't be pronounced with oo, because of their irregular Grammer. like the verb forms in English.

because the words you mentioned were used form 2000 and 3000 years ago so it came easier to spell with oo than aa but machine is somthing that was in the words for maybe 500 years and since we started spelling things easier way back then machine has the same pronunciation that it had

because... you know for example خونه is a word from our language so we can change the Pronunciation but ماشین is not form our language so we should say it like this.(I'm not sure 💃😭🤷♀️) (اینگلیسیم خوب نیست میدونمممم نریزید سرممم*)

it's not like always , we do "a" to "o" to make it feel better and feel more emotionally, car is not a romantic things we say khoneh instead of khaneh to feel more comfy
