Never hear advice for no gallbladder and live life constipated ! Started TUCA month ago, probiotics and digestive enzymes. Never felt better but still constipated.

I used to get bloated every time after I ate and digestion felt slow so I started eating pineapple papaya enzyme tablets they’re chewable taste good and I eat them at every meal and I have no bloating now and feel much better

I had a liver transplant in 1997 and the surgeons removed my gallbladder, thank goodness I've had no problems.
