wearing a well fitting kn95 or n95 mask is the best thing you can do to prevent getting sick❤️🩹 I love using saline rinses as an extra precaution but masking is key as a first response

Hiii as a nurse who uses these at work.. keep the inner part inside of the cardboard while you crack it! Myself and a few of my coworkers have stabbed ourselves in the fingers by cracking it without the wrapper on! That plastic is sharp! Made me bleed
