If you know that you’re gonna have a problem with CPS, which this guy knew he was gonna have because they were there once already he should’ve obtained a lawyer and had a letter in his hand, telling CPS to make all contact through the lawyer and not directly with the his person or his children without the lawyer being present or aware of the situation

They cannot enter your home without a warrant, signed by a judge. You don’t even have to accept an electronic warrant you can demand a paper warrant with a wet signature. !

Before they left Dad should’ve grabbed the cop and trespass the social workers there and then. Might even want to show that vid to a judge and get restraining orders too.

Child protective services while I do believe they are necessary have rules that are very open to interpretation and broad powers with no actual documented limitations and many people in that job description use that or I should say abuse that in order to fabricate cases I have dealt with Cps myself on multiple occasions, all of which have been found baseless I have literally had a Cps Worker threatened me while doing my job because she was actually in the wrong and threatened to create a case against me and take my children because I proved that she was in the wrong. There needs to be a lot more oversight across the nation and stricter guide guidelines and rules for this.
