@greenlamboni28: The University of Engineering and Agricultural Sciences (UEAS) at Bunso in Ghana’s Eastern Region was initiated under the Akufo-Addo administration in 2022. Construction later stalled, but the Mahama administration continued efforts to resolve the outstanding issues and complete the project. In March 2026, President John Dramani Mahama signed the UEAS Act into law, legally establishing the university. The project is now nearing completion and preparing to admit its pioneer students for the 2026/2027 academic year. Credit to both administrations for their respective roles: one initiated the project, while the other helped move it toward completion and operationalisation.#other
