Only got this one because we’ve been playing this word game “betweenle” at work, and it literally works like this. You put in words to try and find the word of the day, and it tells you how far in between your two words is to the word of the day. If that makes sense. So I’m pretty used to finding words “in between” two words hehe

Catching on to a wordplay style definition is such an underrated piece of genius. Standard approach for most seemed to be: 1) Look for a hidden; 2) Look for an anagram of "between"; 3) Look at the hints (but not use one). 4) Struggle.
