So, let me make sure I understand...the revenue made by the LLC gets pass through to the C Corp, so you aren't paying taxes on the LLC revenue, just paying it as the C Corp revenue with a lower tax rate (offset by expenses?), portion to the business and portion to dividends which is your personal income thats taxed as ordinary income, correct?🤔
