If you’re thinking about taking your baby to Disney On Ice, honestly, do it. We had such a sweet time, but it is absolutely one of those outings where ten minutes of prep can make the difference between enjoying the show and standing at security trying to repack the entire diaper bag. The video has my first three tips, but here are three more I would add. Bring baby ear protection because the music and special effects can get loud. Choose an aisle seat if you can, because having a quick exit for a diaper change, a feed, or an overstimulated baby is a lifesaver. And pack a light layer for your baby because you are literally sitting in an arena with an ice rink, and the temperature can be weird. Most shows run about 90 minutes to 2 hours and include a 15-to-20-minute intermission, so you do get a built-in reset for a feed, diaper check, or just standing up before everybody loses it. Also, our venue didn’t allow metal containers, but Disney On Ice follows each arena’s bag and item policies, so check your exact venue before you leave. Don’t assume that because another mom brought something into a different arena, yours will allow it. If you’ve gone with a baby, put the thing that saved you below. Okay, love you. Bye. #DisneyOnIce #DisneyOnIceTips #DisneyWithBaby #BabyOutingTips #MomTips
