Imagine being born into a life that feels like a prison. Imagine being taught that your entire existence should revolve around a husband and a child — that your worth depends on how well you please them, how quietly you endure, and how much of yourself you are willing to sacrifice. And then, even the child you devoted your life to can be taken away from you. In my country, women have been given so little space to exist as human beings. We are expected to be mothers, wives, and caregivers before we are allowed to be individuals with dreams, choices, voices, and lives of our own. And now, even motherhood itself can be taken from us. How much more are women expected to lose before the world listens? Please hear our voices. Please help us be seen. And please do not let Iraqi women continue to disappear behind laws, traditions, and systems that were never built to protect them.

If a mother refuses, she is imprisoned, even if the father is unfit to care for the child. Women are also not allowed to divorce their husbands; if they wish to do so, they must pay a sum of money. Furthermore, a husband may cheat on his wife, and she has no right to seek a divorce. Help us! Women are also killed simply for mistakes, and the sentence for the murderer is only three years in prison. Help us!

ارجوكم تكلمو عن القانون الجعفري في العراق ،النساء والاطفال يتعرضون لظلم كبير جدا من قانون الاحوال الشخصية الجعفرية الجديد هذا، يتم سلب الاطفال من امهاتهم ،وتحريضهم على الامهات ليتم كره الام ،ومنع تدخل الأهل في اي شي حتى لو كان للتفاهم،ولايمكن للفتاة الخروج عن طاعه ابيها حتى لو كان شخصا سيئا ويجبرها على اشياء غير مقبولة،ويحق له تزويجها من عمر ٩سنوات وفوق وحتى عدم اخذ رأي الام،وتبقى الطفلة عالقة عند الاب وعند خروجها عن طاعته يتم محاسبتها هي حتى لو كانت غير مخطئة ولاتخرج عن طاعته حتى تتزوج،ويتم ظلمها من الاب والزوج ويستطيع السني ايضا تغيير القانون الحنفي الى الجعفري او حتى الشيعي يستطيع تغييره لهذا القانون حتى بدون علم الزوجة وعند اعتراضها حتى لو كان الاعتراض منطقيا لايتم الاخذ بالاعتراض في المحكمه،وعندما يصبح خلاف بين الزوجين وتذهب الى بيت اهلها وهذا شي طبيعي فيتم إسقاط الحضانه والنفقة عنها حتى لو كانت معنفة وتخير اما ترجع الى زوجها اللي يعذبها او تسقط عنها النفقة ويتم اخذ الطفل وعدم الصرف عليها ويتم تطليقها،واذا خرجت عن طاعه الزوج حتى لو لسبب منطقي او حتى لو كان الزوج غير صالح يتم هجرها عن طريق الزوج لمدة سبع سنوات ويتم معاملتها كالمطلقة وتضل معلقة هكذا دون فائدة،يتم اخذ الاطفال عند الطلاق بعمر ٧ سنوات واذ تزوجت برجل اخر يتم اخذ الطفل بعمر السنتين،وحتى لو شرطت المرأة بعقد الزواج ان لايتزوج الرجل عليها وهذا عهد يُحرم عليه مخالفته يستطيع بهذا القانون الزواج بغيرها حتى دون الاخذ برأيها او اخبارها ولايتم الاخذ باعتراضها بكل الاحوال حتى لو كانت شارطة بعقد الزواج ان لايتزوج عليها ولايحق لها ان تتكلم ، رب العالمين امر بالعدل وهذا ليس عدلا وليس دين ابدًا #كلا للمدونة الجعفرية

وكذلك نقطة ثانية تسقط حضانة الطفل اذا تزوجت الام حتى اذا كان دون 7 سنوات يعني هاي الفترة من حقها لكن تسقط لأن تزوجت !! عكس الاب اذا تزوج ما تسقط الحضانة
