For me the hardest part of getting counseling is the fear of being judged. I know counselors are professionals but the are human too. I don’t want to be looked at a certain way. I will continue to work on it…😫

Wish I saw this before I made a lot of these mistakes. If I had a therapist like you it would have saved me so much pain. I'm 31 now and spent my 20s working through trauma of my early years while still expierencing it. Thank you for making this for the younger generation. To those of you who have already went through it, it's never to late to heal from your past. Therapists are amazing humans ✨️💜💫
