You don’t need to do that. Just put2 bay leaves inside de jar and it’ll keep it for years. You can do that with beans, lentils or flours.

Just so you know freezing, your rice will not kill all the bacteria and everything that you think you’re killing it soon as you take it out of the freezer and it comes back to room temperature. All you did was just nurture it.

Freezing and vacuuming 🤣 oké but for what purpose? We buy rice in 5kg en we just close the bag and we keep eating from it even after 1 year because we don’t eat rice that much so I’m pretty sure this wouldn’t go bad even after multiple years just like dry beans and other dry powders etc .. not sure why you guys make life difficult when it’s simple lol .. vacuuming is only good for coocked food that goes bad quickly like why do it for dry rice 🤣🤣
