I do not know chief Patterson of CMPD. But with all the crime and mismanagement, fraud and convictions among city council, CMS board, and county commission, plus almost every senior management position, I have one question: are there no white people living in Charlotte anymore? These clowns cannot lead anything, much less a city and school system. Hey voters, YOU did this.
