@c4news: Manchester City has filed an appeal after an independent commission found it guilty of serious breaches of the Premier League's financial rules over nine seasons. The stakes are high, with point deductions or even relegation among the possible sanctions. #UK #ManCity #Football #Channel4News #C4News
