My wife of 10 years is very different to me. She grew up in a very traumatic environment and is fiercely independent. I believe she even properly ran away from home when she was a child. It is a great honour that she trusts, and loves me unconditionally. And I will never let her down ❤️

I was single for 8 years until I found my husband. I made it very clear to him that I don’t need him, I want him. We were married for 2.5 years and he had an affair and left me for her. He said he knew I was strong and can be on my own so he claimed I’d be fine. I hate him for it.

I honestly hope I can find someone the same way. Growing up with my mawmaw things were simple we watched movies played cards/board games. When you tell a guy you’re a homebody and enjoy being by yourself they call you boring. I’m just a simple girl.
