Hey girl! So I only learned this recently. But you’re not meant to stand on the walking pad until after it begins? Because any extra weight means the motors have to work over time when starting. Could have been why the clicking started! Just wait for like 3 seconds after the motors start before standing on it 🥰

Yeah, get a mat to place under, and it helps prevent your rug from getting ugly. I got one that folds up on Amazon- so easy to put away
