Finished product looks great!! I think Arroowroot powder should be added after the melted butters have cooled to The point of looking opaque and almost a cake batter consistency and the melted butter has been whipped/thickened a bit (add in while whipping). It helps do it's job if you add it at that point in the process. Also, consider adding Vitamin E (Pure D-Alpha Tocopherol) as a preservative for any added oils.
