The first wrong thing you said is the center on is evaporated milk. In fact. all 3 are evaporated milk. First is full cream evaporated (whole milk). 2nd is filled milk with fat removed and vegetable fat added. 3rd is the Full cream with added sugar and extra evaporated. The problem is you generalising. My over 70 dad still takes full cream and sugar.

but the filled evaporated peak contains vegetable or seed fat/oil, which is added when the cow fat is removed from the whole milk. so isn't better to the whole fat than the replaced vegetable fat?
