I’m on estrogen and it recently stopped working and they don’t have the higher dose available so I am wearing 2 a day. It is working a little better. I am not on progesterone at all. Thinking I should move the estrogen to my belly

I did estrogen patches for almost a year. Put it below your belly button on your stomach, you’ll definitely get more results than you dogan. I’m in menopause now, but had to stop all hormones replacements because I now have a heart condition. Text me if you have any questions. Love you cousin!
