@thinkwithv: Here's one way to use AI that doesn't make you dumber: Use it for set-up. We've all stared down a project or task manager, or notes set up. And spent way too much time building the thing rather than actually doing the work - thinking, researching, synthesizing. I used Codex to set up my new knowledge system in Capacities and it set up a dashboard view with everything I need for a weekly review - while I was in a short meeting.
