and now combine solar with wind and hydro energy like any sane person would do.

Solar panels obviously don't need to be capable of generating 100% of our electricity to be worth using... Even just having solar panels on the roofs would greatly decrease the reliance on the electrical grid (which itself could be powered by sustainable methods like nuclear and others)

Or, hear me out, we put solar where we can and just supplement? We dont need to have a singular energy source diversifying is also good.

Just use nuclear safest cleanest least deaths per TWh and cheapest

kW and kWh are not the same the avarage household in europe uses 7-10kWh with 10sq metery you would get half that at around 3,5-5kWh yes but i dont trust their avarage for a good measure id instead look at my own home and calculate everything myself like fridge uses 0,3-1,5kWh a day and that alone is the biggest energy waster because on avarage a washing mashine only uses like 0,5kWh and modern lights barely use any power like what 18W max? Even if you let 3 burn for 24 hours thats 1,2kWh but we only use it for maybe 3 hours maybe more and in total we actually use the same amount as the solar outputs and your video could of been better if you included the storage issue of the power generated becasue solar is actually amazing you could make a lot of power from a parking lot no? And mind you its around 20% efficient where as plants are only 1% efficient fission is okay but fusion would be much better for making power

i agree nuclear is better but you need to realise the solar power wouldn’t be installed on everyone’s roof but rather by the government. just like you don’t have a fossil fuel plant in your backyard

wtf is wrong with everyone having solar panels on their roofs? most of your claim are just untrue I have around 20m² of panels and I have enough surplus to charge a car 😭😭😭🙏

you would be burning coal to heat your home, not even get electricity, if it wasn't for the same science that shows wind and solar being superior

You can use solar panels in combination with other energy sources.

"if you can't be 100% dependent on solar energy then there's no point" dude what? isn't it better that atleast a majority of electricity that people use in their houses comes from their own solar panels, rather than none at all? I also like how you use the fact that some countries don't get a lot of sunlight to discredit solar panels, but then you argue for natural gas or geothermal energy. because they totally exist in every single country.

solar panels on roofs would reduce the need for energy, but i believe the rest must be produced by nuclear power plants

The only way solar has or could work is by reducing the cost of energy by supplying it in a small steady amount.
