@jrcoaching95: ⚽️ WHAT I’VE BEEN DOING BEHIND THE SCENES… I haven’t really shared much of this journey on my TikTok or JR Academy page, but alongside everything I’m building with JR Academy, I’ve been working with Tadley Calleva U18s. A lot of work goes on behind the scenes that people don’t see — planning, coaching, managing, developing players, setting standards and trying to create the right environment for these young players to perform. These pictures are from another win with the boys. 🖤💛 But for me, it’s bigger than one result. It’s about developing players, building a team, creating a winning mentality and helping these boys progress both individually and collectively. Every experience I get in football helps me grow as a coach, and I bring those experiences straight back into JR Academy and the players I work with.
