I know this may sound like a weird question, but what if she had established had a DNR at some point in her lifetime that specifically stated she didn’t want any life saving treatments in the event of a serious medical condition. Would the State STILL be required to keep her alive in this case or would the DNR be honored thus allowing her to still legally die, just under different terms.
