@peter.strange1111: Maybe healing your inner child isn’t about repairing some broken version of yourself. Maybe inner child work is remembering. Remembering what made you curious.
What made you laugh.
What you dreamed about before survival became more important than wonder. Healing doesn’t always mean another lesson, another explanation, or another thing to figure out. Sometimes healing looks like going back for the part of yourself you left behind and saying: “I remember you. Let’s go play.” Maybe your healing journey needs a little less analysis… and a little more wonder. Stay Strange. 🧡 #HealingYourInnerChild

What an inspiring idea! Certainly a take on the concept I’ve never heard before 🥰 And reading through the other comments has been lovely as well

This was my experience. This was something that happened to me. Technically by accident but it did.

this really resonates with me. Watching this video and hearing what you have said actually took me to my 7 year old self when absolutely everything in my life changed. before that I can happily remember playing with my sisters. playing tag, hide and seek etc. it reminded me of the endless times we made fantasies of fairies and unicorns. dreamt of fairytales coming true. It made me remember a time when my dad was my hero. Remembering how much love he had in his eyes when he'd look at his girls. Remembering that no matter how much overtime he worked or how tired he was he always had time for his kids. We can only now as adults and parents ourselves truly know and understand that look in his eyes was pure, unshakable, unending and all powerful love. What a great lesson Peter Strange! I want to dive more into this topic! I also want to make sure that my grandchildren get to fully experience the magic and wonder of childhood whilst letting my inner child out to play as well! Thank you Peter Strange!!!

There’s nothing wrong with us. Instead of reflecting on our childhood and trying to “fix” we should instead put our energy into remembering the imagination, feelings, and overall outlook on life we had as a child and JUST acknowledge and remember. Remove all the noise of the now and settle in to the silence and innocence of our child mindsets. That does not mean being naive but simply remembering ourselves before outside influences. My interpretation

I think its about healing the traumas from not only childhood, also from entire life. But, also to be like that child in this year's, to be free und fearless.and in the end to rebuild yourself

What did you love doing before you learned you had to be “productive”?

I'm making a bunch of art and jewelry. for fun, not expecting to make anything from it (I mean if people want to buy them, cool! if not, they're cool gifts), and it's really really fulfilling to do this not expecting anything for capitalistic reasons.
