I loved my birthing experience ! The lights were off, I had a playlist going, it was as peaceful as it could get! I was determined for it to be the most laid back experience ever lmao

Pregnancy dreams are weird. lol I specifically remember one of mine being I was asleep at my couch. I felt my daughter wiggling around in her little womb, looked down lifted my blanket & boom baby just chilling 😎. it felt so weird I instantly woke up like what is happening lol

I told myself my entire pregnancy with my son that I was going to have an unmedicated birth, and it was going to be the most magical thing ever and it in fact was & I genuinely believe that it was the way it was because I believed that it would happen that way, and I reinforced that belief in everything that I did in my days while pregnant.

I had precipitous birth, was not prepared to go unmedicated, and how you described what you did in your dream is what I did. So, it does work, I was so in the zone I don't even remember being in that much pain. When you're going through it, you do what you go to do.

I had a dream that I labored at home like a boss and then went to the hospital, the doctor said to sneeze and then baby was out. 😂 I got induced, didn’t labor at all at home and needed the epidural because I couldn’t keep my body relaxed enough to dilate. Still loved my birth💙
