GalvanikE :
Bad Marketing is the reason why Transformers ONE flopped. People really missed out on such a great movie all because the marketing for it was just lacklustre.

I’m confused cause I’ve been seeing ads randomly for WEEKS of this movie. On the other hand I haven’t seen a single video of people talking about it

The film was heavily advertised. If you watched any animated film in the theatres in the last 6 months you would have seen the trailer.

But here in the Philippines, it's HEAVILY advertised. Through posters, Youtube, Facebook and Tiktok ads, Jollibee collab, etc. So, I was suprised to learn it was flopping, and that based from other countires, they didn't know the movie exists because I thought the ads we got was also shown worldwide :(

I’m 99% sure this is an algorithmic issue, not a Dreamworks issue, because all the Dreamworks accounts are pumping out promos CONSTANTLY. They have collabs with Discord, collabs with Roblox, they’re giving away free merch at some cinemas, there’s like 5 regular trailers and then deep dive videos for the main gang, the marshmallow king, and the demon whose name idk how to spell. Like this movie is being promoted HARD, it just seems the algorithms aren’t pushing it to the right people
