I make a big pot & freeze some in packs for myself . I do the same except ground turkey & V8 juice as the base. It's even better the next day. Yummy! 😋

Frozen veggies are the best for you because the nutrients are preserved rather than cooked fresh veggies…fun fact! They are also cheaper!
