😁😁😁 remove all the housing taxes, no one like to share his hard earned money with the government, it's crazy that u should pay taxes on your sec or third home and share the money with them, that makes the risk completely not reasonable which means u better not take action, as a result all housing activity drops, the gov should completely stay away from housingand leave that to people.

The BOC holding rates for the last year has been a mistake. It should have dropped to 2%, even 1.75%. Increasing interests rates in Canada is actually inflationary as mortgage interest cost is measured under CPI.
