sita ram everyone me personally I grew up in Shakti worship and fire dance is basically when u fast u do your devotion and be fully pure pure as in body action speech mind soul and u cannot consume alcohol meat use curse words etc and when temple service going on at some point in time they would have a walkway with coals they light and it's hot coals and u walk over it and u would neverrrr get burn if u do the correct thing as in being physically and spiritually pure mind u during this period of fast u should do no such activities with your significant other as in engaging romancally that's just the protocol hope this explanation helps sita ram to all of u have any such questions u all are free to comment this might not be for all people as they have different experiences but this is what I'm grown up doing and please do not waste my time by asking me foolishness or stupid things in the comments comment if u genuinely want to know something as u would be talked to accordingly sita ram everyone hope this helps
