Queen this is so true.. I’m in a situation where the person I love cannot reciprocate it anymore.. he chooses his mother over me but while choosing his mother he still claimed he loves me but could not show it. It breaks my heart.. but he felt terrible that he could not show it so he left… and it hurts.. because I love him and show it. I make/made the time, the efforts, adjusted and would rearrange things around to make things work because he means that much to me but he couldn’t do the same..

Those are things you would expect someone in love would do, the feeling comes first and the rest is a result of it. I get the message you’re trying to send across but still I wouldn’t describe love as how you treat someone
