This is such great advice. I downloaded the huckleberry app to start tracking and after half a day I was like no way this feels INSANE. Now I'm just going to enjoy life and my baby 🥰

Can you piggy back this with how to stay calm with a newborn at home and kids at preschool during peak sick season? I have 4 under 4- my youngest is 3 weeks old. My 3 year old twins already have flu in their classroom. How do I not spiral and keep everyone feeling loved and cared for but keep my tiny one safe?

I’m already so diff with baby #2 vs #1! I track nothing 😂 I just have a general sense of when he last ate or how long he’s been awake and if I feel like it’s been a while or if hes showing cues, then that’s when I feed or nap him. Everything’s been so much more chill so time is absolutely flying 😭 (he’s about a week older than Colbie I think!!)

It honestly gets easier with each kid as you realize that going with the flow is the way to go as to not lose your sanity everyday. I have a 12 year old, an 8 year old, an almost 5 year old (in preschool), and a 4 week old. Everyday is the same but also different…routines are the same but there’s always adjustments too. I’ve always continued to do what needs to be done with each kid and because of that and not sticking to a strict schedule, all of my kids adapt easily and quickly, and they are used to being in the go while also being homebodies 😂

I just have to tell you I have an almost 18 year-old daughter and a 16-year-old daughter and I love watching your videos. You’re a great voice for this new generation of mamas! And let me tell you with a senior in high school getting ready to fly the nest, it really does go by so fast and cherish those moments with your precious girls.
