I mean,you can just defrost something and grind it up into ground beef. We got that attachment for the kitchen aid and it works great.

we buy a whole cow every year too, we ran out of ground beef, I did the same, I got creative with the cuts that we have. I also found a chicken farmer in my area so I'm on my way to not purchasing chicken from the store.
