@simply.meghanfinds: This is a roast pan, which would be perfect to use in the oven or out on the grill— but because of the really awesome technology, I am able to use it like a skillet on my stove top and do all of the breakfast things with it as well. It is super versatile. This is safe up to 900°F and hands-down one of the best investments I have made in the kitchen.
