I love this explanation. I didn't fully feel comfortable calling what happened to me a spontaneous Kundalini Awakening because I feel like that is very specific and there I'm sure are many names for it. I definitely want to explore this concept more and find my own explanation for it.

what would cause it to stop and stay stuck a little higher than belly button level but on spine. def started and coiled up, etc, def it 100% but then stopped and hasn't moved since but sometimes before falling asleep it pulses
