Reading is fundamental. She said SOME Fridays which means they also take assessments the original way. So they also know how to behave and focus the traditional way. Nothings wrong with letting kids enjoy themselves long as they’re well behaved and deserve it.

I bought floor pillows and allow my students to work on the floor on them. I took data to show that their productivity goes up when they are able to sit/lay comfortably when learning. Their grades improved overall as a class by 30%. Assessment completion improved by 28%. Not taking completion improved by 70%. [Heartwarming]
