this also sort happened 2 me , like caribbean food got popularised n now all of a sudden its kanagroo tail , even if it is we would still eat it cut the only reason oxtail came to be is bc our ppl had to eat discarded parts of meat cuz we were broke . but they would never eat chicken gizzard or chicken foot
