@littlebisket: when you shoes are wet. #fyp #falling #rain

Katelyn speirs :

Online grocery and cart pushers should get paid wayyyy more.

🔪📺Pete Dinunzio IRL 💀📚 :

“I can’t believe they got y’all working in this rain, i feel so bad for you. Stay dry!” As they have two pallets of totes in their sonata full of kids

Shameless :

I would never pick up my order in those conditions out of respect for the employees

kywee_329 :

uhmmm... how is bros ankle?!

ErraticVisionary :

then the customers complain their items are wet

reasonedlogic :

It’s just water bro. Chill.

🫶🏻 :

You know how like Sam’s Club and Walmart are like co companies yeah so the Sam’s Club Associates aren’t allowed to dispense in the rain yet Walmart forces us to

Neak :

I swear that’s how I be when it’s raining while taking out orders [Tears of joy][Tears of joy][Tears of joy][Tears of joy][Tears of joy]

Timmy :

good stuff 🤣

⦻Nitro⦻ :

Oh so its EVERY kroger not getting clicklist rain jackets 😭

A :

my question is why tf they make us work in these conditions for a measly 2k a MONTH… when the snow and ice comes we’ll still be out thete freezing our as$es off while out customers enjoy the heat all for 15, 16 dollars an hour…

Cherie Gatlin :

um ....hell no they pull up to the door for us

𝗻 𝄢 :

yep did this yesterday and my skin is literally peeling off and it hurts so bad i don’t get paid enough

Sofi :

Y’all complaining about the costumers when Walmart shouldn’t be doing that in the first place

cindygail77 :

I been with WM 27 years and I think this is rediculous! They need some rule about pickup in weather conditions like this. They need a giant awning or sumpin so us workers dont get soaked like this. Us WM workers go thru enough BS!

just_memi :

He's laughing, but I know that dolly just left a bruise on his side.😭

Eddie Martin :

"I'm so sorry they have you coming out in the rain"

It's me :

Walmart should have Large awnings for pickup area. You park then when you are texted you drive threw and get it.

Liz🫪💕 :

where are yalls ponchos? 😭😭

MannyFlo209 :

sophia :

yea no.. our team leads make the drivers pull up to the doors so our dispensers don’t have to suffer 😭😭

me_me :

I’d go home for the rest of the day

emsptyconstellations :

yall place not provide raingear?? ours does and they’ll let us get rainboots even from the shelf to use

Perry Grantham :

Absolutely not. You aren’t supposed to do that in the rain

DrillTeam400Zoe :
