@justicexmason: This 100 year old beauty was truly a privilege to bring back to life. When we got the home, it was in rough shape and had been seriously neglected for generations. It took a lot of patience and way more time than we initially expected. However, we were able to restore her and give her the care she deserved to take care of her new owners for decades to come. And before anyone comes for the gray floors they were abesolutly NOT our first choice or even our last. The original floors were stolen from the house, and on a time crunch to get something intalled we delagated a contractor to pick up/ install floors. This was not what we picked but it was what was purchased and installed. There was no point to purchase a 3rd set of flooring and keep this pretty girl off the market for any longer so we chose to deal with it. #springfieldmissouri #houseflipping #housetour #homeimprovement #realestate
