Azria Darling :
This was me two days ago. I had a lady order four drinks, told me they were all iced, then when I started handing them out, she told me they were supposed to be hot. AND THEN, when I had remade all of them, suddenly, they were supposed to be iced again.

I hate when they watch me make their entire order and don’t say anything until after I finish. Like some customers stare at me and watch every step and don’t say anything until after

I’ve very specifically asked for hot before, gotten iced, and just left without saying anything 😅

I asked for an iced chia and got a dirty chia, it was gross but I drank it because I think the girl was new and I didn’t have the heart to tell her.

I swear this is universal because I work at a jersey mikes and we make Philly cheese stake subs but we also make chicken Phillies and somehow we always give them the wrong one but they want the mess up as well. This is why you don’t give customers options

This happened to me one time! Someone came in and ordered SEVEN LARGE cappuccinos (which isn’t even supposed to be a thing, but I wasn’t going to argue). I even showed them our HOT cups and made sure that’s the size they wanted. After I made them all, they were like “They’re not iced?” ⚰️Thankfully they were fine with it, but I was starting to get stressed bc I would have hated to waste 7 cups of coffee!

I remember asking for an iced matcha latte once, ended up getting it hot and was like "you know what, I never had it this way before. I'll try it." Best mistake ever, it was so good

ordered a 16 oz iced coffee yesterday with oatmilk & 4 shots. immediately after the first sip I could tell there were no extra shots & it was whole milk. Barista seemed stressed so I didnt say anything but I have been having horrible stomach cramps since then 😭

It was only one drink but this happened to me a couple times this summer. But the barista handed me iced latte instead of hot. She relooked at the order and apologized. I told her not to worry at all, I'm the weirdo wanting hot coffee with it being 90 degrees out
