bby your eye is not being "detoxed" by oil it's being detoxed by your immune system all the time. the blood in your eyes is already detoxed by your liver and kidneys and the tissue is filled with white blood cells, unless you have an eye infection (which you should see a doctor for) your body doesn't need any help removing contaminants or pathogens from your eye, in fact putting a non-sterile oil in your eye is more likely to introduce irritants and pathogens. a lot of holistic wellness can be super helpful and ayurvedic treatments are often helpful or at least harmless, but this one is actively risking an eye infection
