yes and if you leave Panera and try to go behind TJ Maxx to State Road 60 that is a one-way Road getting out of there so she probably is trying to get out on the Miracle Mile and backed into somebody

and the old ladies flustered the street behind them Panera is one way it's State Road 60. So obviously the way she doesn't want to go. she was trying to back out of Panera to go out the other way I'm sure. she's scared and flustered and the cops aren't asking the right questions or calming her down typical of Vero Beach PD
